As a part of our Young Artists' Initiative, MediaContex will work with its partners to create a pilot of an audiodrama of our students' original idea:
Synopsis
Once he receives a prophecy that a great warrior will defeat the warlord’s armies, Gideon informs the public of this prediction, and selects one of his most accomplished knights to confront the villain.
Tragedy strikes once the warlord hears of the news, and he employs an assassin to kill the champion before she faces him in battle. At first, the king plans to sentence the assassin to death. However, he changes his mind once he discovers that she looks just like the fallen champion.
In order to prevent widespread panic amongst his people, the king proposes a unique offer to the assassin - in exchange for her freedom, she must impersonate the knight she killed, and defeat the warlord in her place.

Raven, who was trained to kill from birth, is a young assassin who rarely misses her mark. Witty and cunning, Raven adapts quickly to challenging circumstances. Her versatility allows her to step into the hero’s shoes without knowing much about her life. Given the cutthroat nature of her job, Raven is able to keep her emotions in check. This changes when she grows closer to the friends and family of the hero she killed, and her guilt makes it hard to keep up her charade. Lines:

Despite the fact that the Warlord’s armies are twice as large as his, King Gideon courageously rises to defend his people. Unfortunately, his quest to protect his subjects requires him to make difficult decisions. Despite the fact that he will be lying to his people, he selects the champion’s assassin to take her place. Although he hopes that this will sustain hope in his kingdom, he worries about what would happen if his subjects discover the truth. Lines:

Sir Arion, who is appointed as Captain of the Guard, leads the kingdom’s troops into battle. Stalwart and brave, Gideon plunges headfirst into danger for the sake of his people. He is fiercely loyal to his troops, and is especially devoted to the fallen champion. Unfortunately, his emotions may be his undoing if he ever finds out the truth about her demise. Lines:

Despite her youth, she is renowned for her martial skill, and the king’s troops are willing to follow her onto the battlefield. Kind and compassionate, Lady Arabeth is beloved by the kingdom’s citizens. This makes it especially difficult for Raven, her cutthroat murderer, to step into her shoes. Lines:

FAQ
Each project has its own budget, requirements, and plans for distribution. If you are cast for any of these roles, you'll be contacted by our casting representative, and will be able to negotiate your rates with them.
If you are cast, your clips will be used for internal pitching purposes. If you are cast, our students will use your clips to create pilot episodes, which will be showcased to our network of producers.
Your audition clips will not be used without your permission.
If this project generates enough funding and support from our network, we will broadcast our pilot materials to the public. Until then, selected voice actors will be paid for their work, and they will be credited in our internal pitching materials.
We are generating pilot materials for internal pitching purposes, and are currently unable to publicly disclose the cast list.

You're welcome to submit 1-3 takes per line. Compile all of your takes for each line into a single file.
Label each line according to their line number. If there are four lines for your character, you should have four files in total.
