Earthbound - Auditions Closed
As a part of our Young Artists' Initiative, Media Context will work with its partners to create an animated pilot from one of our students' original ideas:
After being stranded in space, a team of intergalactic explorers must cross the universe to find their way home.
Synopsis
In the 23rd century, a group of cadets are chosen to join a team of intergalactic explorers.
Their greatest dream turns into their worst nightmare when their spaceship is sucked into a wormhole. It damages their engines and distress signals, and strands them in the middle of space.
Together with Mr. Zhang, their leader and mentor, the team must search a foreign galaxy for another vehicle that can transport them back to earth.
Given that they are faced with hostile planets and unfriendly life forms, this task will be harder than they could imagine.
